We couldn’t have asked for a better accelerant of the Air Taxi industry than the Executive Order. Since "Unleashing American Drone Dominance" was announced back in June , we have been narrowly focused with site acquisition presentations to national real estate owners and are currently reviewing hundreds of sites owned by many of the largest portfolio owners.

As directed the FAA released the eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP) on September 16th to States and Territories with a deadline of December 11th to submit a plan to advance Air Mobility with private sector partners such as eVERTIPORTS. During this time we continued to have rolling closings with investors and will continue to do so through Q4.
