Company niche is secondary markets with a focus on “last-mile” Vertiports co-located at existing real estate with customer mission to: Land close to where you want to be. TM In 2024 company broadened offering to include Drone Delivery Ground Support for companies providing Drone Delivery-as-a-Service which requires extensive infrastructure installation and maintenance services at customer locations nationwide. Company is privately held and led by hands-on- management team with deep expertise and relationships to capture meaningful share of the market.

Established in 2004 with acquisition of AIG/ Hartford Steam Boiler Insurance Company’s insurance and inspection platform: Integrated Process Technologies, Inc. Provided $12M in growth and acquisition capital to rebrand as disruptive business model for multi- location chain stores by selling facility maintenance outsource services to the C-suite. Built sales from $15M to $500M and exited in strategic merger in 2013 with management team leading combined companies. Major clients include McDonalds, Exxon/Mobil and 7-Eleven.

Aaron Furman
Aaron is Director of Site Acquisitions at eVERTIPORTS. Aaron brings over 30 years of leadership experience serving global customers with high- capacity service solutions. He has driven high-scale, profitable- revenue growth by combining strategic planning with the adaptation of the latest software technology solutions. He brings decades-long years of client relationships to the forefront of eVERTIPORT'S partnership opportunity.

Prior to joining eVERTIPORTS, Aaron served as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and General Manager at OAKLEAF Waste Management where he helped build a market leader in business process outsourcing services with over 600 global clients. Sectors managed include retail, restaurant, hospitality, gaming, residential, warehousing, office, malls, industrial, manufacturing, logistics and transportation. Major client relationships included Walmart, CVS, Target, Best Buy, Macys, Kroger, Macerich, Westfield Malls, Equity Residential, Wyndham Hotels, McDonalds, Burger King, GE and Universal Studios.

Previously, Aaron was President of Conncom Inc.'s Wireless Communication division and Executive Vice President of Oxco Financial Management.

Wes Horvath
Wes is Director of Site Development Partnerships. Wes has spent 28 years leveraging existing “passive” assets and developing new product categories with disruptive technologies all designed to create new and non-traditional revenue streams for retailers.
He served as Vice President, Business Development for Safeway Supermarkets creating new revenue streams and billboard location contracts. Wes led development of in-store media platforms by partnering with third party marketing firms, driving $40mm in advertising revenue share. He developed the prepaid wireless cell phone category, resulting in sales of over $150mm. Partners included Verizon, AT&T, Cingular, and Sprint.
Wes was a founding member of the Blackhawk Network team, a wholly owned Safeway subsidiary. By leveraging stored value technology, and a national retail network, Blackhawk today is the world’s largest seller of third party gift cards with current revenues of $2 billion dollars. Major participants include Amazon, Apple, Home Depot, Mastercard. Blackhawk went public in 2013 with a $1.35 billion valuation. Wes also served as Vice President, CPG Sales and Retail Partnerships at Cellfire Inc., a Silicon Valley venture backed company which developed digital couponing technology services. Major companies included P&G, Unilever, Colgate Palmolive, and General Mills, creating a new revenue stream to retailers of $250 million dollars.
