Guy Rouelle
Since 1984, Guy Rouelle has been a leader in aviation safety throughout the United States and abroad.
Services include airport master planning, airport design, hangar design and terminal design. Management includes Fixed Base Operator (FBO) agreements, lease agreements, air service development, aviation education, flight instruction, air traffic control instruction. Expertise includes fixed and rotary wing operations and sustainable airport development. He has provided services throughout the U.S. as Director of Aviation and Majority Shareholder of DuBois & King Inc. Prior to that he was the State Aeronautics Administrator for the State of Vermont directing day-to-day operation of public use airports with annual operating budget of $23M+. Responsibilities include Planning, Development, Grants Administration, Operations, Security, Facilities, Maintenance, Education and Governor Air Transportation. He remains an Adjunct Professor at Vermont Technical College instructing on Aircraft Accident Investigation and Safety and served 15 years for the US Army managing a staff of 60 military air traffic controllers. He holds a master’s degree in Aeronautical Operations from Embry-Riddle University and is an advisor to the Maine Aviation Board.

Gary Sova
Mr. Sova was appointed to eVERTIPORTS Advisory Board in June 2023. Mr. Sova has over 30 years of experience in waste, recycling and sustainability services including broad operational, marketing, and sales leadership and public company board experience.
Mr. Sova served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Republic Services, Inc., a leading provider of environmental services, from 2002 to 2019 until his retirement. Prior to Republic Services, Mr. Sova spent over 15 years with Browning Ferris Industries, Inc., a national waste and recycling company where he was a Corporate Vice President of Sales and also held various senior operations and business management positions. Since 2021, Mr. Sova currently serves on the Board of Directors of Casella Waste Systems, NASDAQ: CWS, Rutland, VT where he serves as a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation and Human Capital Committee. Mr. Sova also served as a member of the Executive Board of Directors of Boys and Girls Club, Scottsdale, Arizona and holds a BA from Southern Illinois University.

Caroline Kretz
Ms. Kretz has more than a decade of experience in community outreach as a Director at Con Edison, one of the largest investor-owned energy companies in the U.S. There she has developed and maintained trusted relationships with all levels of government and community stakeholders, elected officials and non-profits in the five boroughs and leads teams who advocate for the company's position on policy, legislation and operational initiatives. She previously worked extensively in New York City government as Legal Counsel to the Speaker’s Office- New York City Council. There she represented and advised the Chief of Staff on policy, legal and legislative matters. She also served as Associate Commissioner New York City Fire Department as a senior agency executive in the country’s largest fire department with more than 15,000 employees and $1.8B budget including management of all legislative actions including Federal, State and City legislative and oversight hearings, drafting legislation and inter-agency initiatives. She is a ten-year Executive Board member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and has a JD degree from New York University School of Law, an M.A. from Fordham University and a B.A. from Marist College.

Margherita Mauriello
Ms. Mauriello is a strategic and pragmatic IT leader with a strong record of delivering enterprise application and transformation programs across global environments. As
IT Strategy-Global Program Leader at
Stanley Black & Decker, she is known for driving alignment between business and technology, simplifying complex systems, and enabling long-term architectural solutions that scale. She brings a collaborative approach to complex programs with experience spanning SAP, legacy modernization, and emerging technologies including data analytics and AI. She maintains a strong grounding in both technical strategy and business needs, supported by a master’s degree in information systems and real-world leadership in global finance, compliance, and operational initiatives. Former experience includes senior positions at RTX (United Technologies) and Accenture. She holds a Master of Science Business Analytics and Project Management (MSBAPM) from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
